Hi Kent, I enjoyed your article and appreciate the way you broke down the process, particularly the use of typeform to have the candidate provide their experience in an easy to analyze format. It’s making me think about other processes in my company that we take weeks/months to do, that can be deconstructed and designed to work quicker and smarter. Thanks for the share.
