I switch things out depending on the client's needs, budget, etc. I like Unsplash for beautiful free hi res images and icons8 for clean and simple icons. I get a lot of requests for a non-templated decks. That said, if you are good at customizing templates, there are tons available; https://elements.envato.com to get you started. My best recco is to keep it clean and simple so your messaging doesn't get lost in the shuffle. Keep me posted on your progress!
