In final prep for TWO 45m lectures tomorrow here in Rio de Janero Brazil. One on AI and the second on Data Science. That was a LONG flight from San Francisco via Houston.
New shell alias for #logs. It `tail`s any file in the current directory that ends in '.log' or is in a folder called 'log' (recursively). Hidden files from git/svn are ignored.
Ok, here it goes. The plan is to set up #fedora +
#i3wm on a portable disk, configure dev environment, and sail off into the sunset, never looking back at closed-source wares. What could go wrong?
Nifty remaps for the built-in keyboard via #Karabiner, in case I'm ever stuck without my #Ergodox. Karabiner setup is json in ~/.config/, so highly portable
One of the least glamorous parts of coding is doing updates. The longer you wait, the more painful it is. I've been putting off upgrading certain libraries on WIWO because the upgrade path can be painful. Well, I can't put it off much longer. I've been doing various updates over the past two weeks and will probably take me another week or so :/
Gearing up for my next cohort to start in the online class I teach, "The ExO Master Business Course"
This will be my 4th cohort. I think it's going to be the best one yet!

Just found out I passed the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor exam! Managing corporate retirement plans (401K, Profit Sharing, Defined Benefits,etc...) is a huge reponsibility, in addition to yrs of experience doing so, I’m now certified as a fiduciary!
I'm thrilled to be added to the leade.rs speakers bureau in the ExO Speakers category.
